It has been one year since I started photographing little Ava and it has been such an awesome experience watching her grow and being able to document all of her milestones. I love her to bits and I was so sad that our time was coming to an end and then I find out that Orousha is pregnant again!! Another year with another “A” baby. I am beyond excited.

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of shooting Shannon’s maternity pictures (you can see below) and now it is time for baby images!

Little Will was born on July16th and is such a little love. He wasn’t too sleepy when I showed up so we cranked the heat up to 90 and he melted right into the blanket for some shots. I think we all melted a little as well.

This is William and William is one of the easiest babies I have ever photographed!! He was so sleepy and cuddly. I just love that! Today is my last day in San Diego and I promised that I would get a blog post up before I left so I am lacking words but who wants to listen to me babble on when there are cute baby pictures, anyway!

I love my job.. I’ll say it again… I.LOVE.MY.JOB!

A lot of people ask me if I have a studio and the answer is, No, I don’t but it is by choice.

I love shooting in peoples homes, I love that each shoot is different, and my clients have such fabulous taste! Which leads me to little Padraic, his parents crib was pretty awesome.. Check out the orange sofa!

I tried to narrow the sneak peek down but it proved impossible.. this little guy was an angel!!

Following Ava as she grows through her first year. She is now almost 8 months old and one of the daintiest babies I have ever met. I just love her to bits!

Babies are cute. Babies are adorable. Babies take your breath away. And little Ryder is no exception, this precious little guy is beyond words. If cuteness were weighed by the pound, he’d tip the scales! I thought about trying to smuggle him away in my camera bag, but thought better of it … I’m pretty sure his Mama wouldn’t have approved.

Side note: isn’t this the most beautifully decorated house ever?!?

Don’t you just love her?

Little Maya came all the way from LA to have her photos taken and I am just delighted with the results! Granted, this is my favorite age group to shoot, as most kids will sit pretty still and let you shoot them all day, but it definitely helped that little Maya had such a sweet disposition! You can tell from the photos what a willing participant she was. I certainly hope to be able to shoot her again in the future!

♥ Tutu Heaven ♥

When my Baby Planner asked me to photograph her oldest daughter, Aasha’s, birthday, I knew it was going to be fabulous. What I didn’t know was that this was a party to end all parties! Don’t get me wrong, I’ve always known these clients had amazing taste, but the time and planning that went into this party left me speechless! It was absolutely gorgeous! Little bits of “eye candy” wherever you looked. From the amazing cupcake cake to the personalized M&M’s, this is definitely a 2nd birthday to be remembered! I’m having a bit of picture overload, I tried to narrow it down, honestly I did, but they were all just so amazing! Enjoy!

I can’t wait to see what you do for Ava’s 1st, Orousha!!!

It wasn’t so very long ago that I was at this very home shooting little Sophie as a newborn, now I’ve had the priveledge of revisiting this wonderful family to document their newest addition, “Co-ey”, as little Sophie dubbs him. This little guy is all sorts of cute and was such a champ for his big debut! It was doubly the treat as I got to see how big his ”little” sister has grown in the last 24 months!
